On Thursday March 21st from 5-7pm two members of Luther’s Beloved Community Scholars program are facilitating a meal for members of the Luther Seminary community. The meal will feature three courses made by three people from diverse religious, cultural, and immigrant backgrounds. There will be discussion questions at the tables to foster open sharing about individuals’s different practices, traditions, hopes, fears, importance of food, and place in spirituality. Each person who prepared food will also speak about their background and the importance of food for themselves and their identities.
This event will take place in the OCC dining hall and be a great time. If you are interested, please sign up at the link. Your last day to RSVP is today, Friday March 15th.
