Calling crafters and makers of all sorts! Here’s your chance to clear out your stash and do some good at the same time. There will be a craft market during community meal on March 13, with the opportunity to donate a portion of your proceeds to a cause of your choice, and we’re looking for vendors. If you’re interested, e-mail bringdal001@luthersem.edu with what you hope to sell and the cause you want to benefit by Tuesday March 5.

Guided by the Spirit Playback Link
Spirt Lab enjoyed hosting the first Guided by the Spirit discussion and hearing the ways the Holy Spirit is speaking to each of us.
Here is the playback link for anyone who was unable to attend the live event: https://luthersem.zoom.us/recording/share/lC6ERqt53cFiLmJP2e8xk5qZHqYx9gOLlO4cIR40OFCwIumekTziMw
We will host the next session Thursday, March 7th from 6:30 – 8 PM, if you’d like to mark your calendar. Based on the “choose your own ending survey results” it looks like the next session will cover spiritual practices which can help us listen to the Holy Spirit. We will send out more information as we get closer to the date.
Peace be with you!

Sign Up for “Exploring Food and Culture: A Communal Meal in Conversation across Difference”
On Thursday March 21st from 5-7pm two members of Luther’s Beloved Community Scholars program are facilitating a meal for members of the Luther Seminary community. The meal will feature three courses made by three people from diverse religious, cultural, and immigrant backgrounds. There will be discussion questions at the tables to foster open sharing about individuals’s different practices, traditions, hopes, fears, importance of food, and place in spirituality. Each person who prepared food will also speak about their background and the importance of food for themselves and their identities.
This event will take place in the OCC dining hall and be a great time. If you are interested, please sign up at the link below so we can accordingly.
