This Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Luther Seminary Community will celebrate the life and work of Dr. King by seeking to learn from our neighbors. We will visit ministry sites and listen to leaders around the Twin Cities who embody King’s legacy of beloved community. We will return to Luther’s campus for a chapel service led by board member Don Samuels ’01 M.Div., CEO of MicroGrants and a civil rights leader in Minneapolis. During a community meal, we will share stories, learnings and experiences.

All events except the off-site listening sessions will take place in the Olson Campus Center at Luther Seminary and are free and open to the public. Carpool sign up.
