Flu Vaccination Clinic on campus
Flu season is quickly approaching! We will be hosting a Flu Vaccination Clinic on campus twice: Monday, October 8th and Wednesday October 17th at Olson Campus Center Narthex.

Reminder: Joint Faculty/Staff Shared Learning Time
On Wednesday, October 3 from 1:30-3:00 pm in OCC 10 faculty and staff will gather for a shared learning time led by the Innovation Leadership Team.
The focus will be on exploring emerging trends in the church and theological education as well as hearing reports from our colleagues who have gone on initial synod visits. They will be sharing stories and learnings about challenges and opportunities for ministry today. Together, we will reflect on implications for our work at Luther. Questions? You should plan to attend this information session if you are preparing for the spring assignment. This event will cover information about steps leading up to your assignment and ways in which you can begin to prepare. Faith@Work Leadership Series
You are invited to a 4 week series of workshops on Faith in the Workplace. The first presentation takes place on Tuesday, Oct. 9th, with Pastor Mike Carlson leading a conversation on “Work as a Place of Faith.” On Tuesday, Oct. 16th, Dr. James Moline, Organizational Psychologist, presents, ” Reconciliation in the Workplace.” On Oct. 23rd, Jodi Harpstead from Lutheran Social Services, leads a conversation on “Integrity in the Workplace.” And the final presentation on Tuesday, Oct. 30th, Dr. Terri Elton, Luther Seminary Professor of Leadership, and Cristina Lien, Luther Seminary Alum, will speak on, “Work as a Place of Joy!” Each workshop begins at 6:45 and concludes at 8:00 p.m. There will be a dinner available starting at 6:00 p.m. with a charge of $5.00.
